Sunday Fun Day 7^th announcement

Date: September 25^th is “Sunday Fun Day” at San Dieguito Park

Who is invited: Classmates, Your Better Half, your Kids, your Illegitimate Kids, Partners, Teachers, Classmates from other years , Caregivers, Nannies, Twin Brothers or Sisters from a different Mother.

Location: San Dieguito Park - 1628 Lomas Santa Fe Drive

Time: 12:00 p.m. till you poop out.

Cost: $5.00 per adult. Children free. If you attended the Saturday night event at Morgan Run you’ve already paid.

Parking: The Park charges $3.00 per car. Cram as many as possible into that old Volkswagen Bug.

What we will supply: Good cheer, awnings, charcoal, barbeques, a few ice chests with agua fria, paper plates, plastic utensils, and condiments for your meal.

What you need to bring: A happy face, delicious food for the barby, soft drinks, beer, wine, beach chairs, and play toys.

Time is marching on and we are 47 days away from, can you dig this….party time!!!

It’s time to get psychedelicized Dudes and Dudettes!!

Your righteous Reunion Committee would like to slap those on the back that have already laid some cash on us and paid the “Man”, for Saturday night at Morgan Run!

For those of you that plan to attend, but haven’t felt inspired enough to get off your gluteus maximus and commit to a bitchin twitchin weekend with your fellow classmates, I say get jazzed and feel the inspiration in this message. You can do it!

Remember to include your dinner choice:

1. Vegetarian meal: Mediterranean Pasta, which includes Pesto, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Pine Nuts.

2. Chicken meal: Chicken Picatta with Capers and Zucchini with Pasta

3. Meat meal: Sliced Roasted Tri-Tip with Mushroom Cabernet Sauce, AuGratin Potatoes and a Seasonal Vegetable

I challenge you to find a more primo, outta sight, awesome event than hangin’ with your high school classmates at your 40^th Mustang Reunion!

The word on the street is “casual chic dress” for Saturday night at Morgan Run. Remember, this isn’t dinner at the White House!

I have attached two additional updates. Update #7 has info about San Dieguito Park for Sunday the 25^th of September. Update #8 is a list of your classmates that are attending Morgan Run as of the 8^th of August.

So come with me, where dreams are born, and time is never planned. Just think of happy things, and your heart will fly on wings, forever… in Morgan Run Land!

Donations for Classmates

Mustangs: 4^th announcement

It has been brought to your Reunion Committee’s attention that some of you would like to donate extra funds to assist those in financial need. These donations would be put in a separate pot and then distributed to those classmates that could use some form of financial assistance. Our intentions are to get all of the class of 71 to our 40^th reunion at Morgan Run on Saturday evening.

If you would like to attend Morgan Run, and you can afford to pay a portion, or none at all, then email us, and we will put you on a list. Of course it goes without saying that this will be kept strictly confidential. As the event draws closer, we will let you notify you by email if we can make it work.

We welcome your donations!

Reunion Information 3rd Update July 2011

Mustangs!! 3rd Announcement

The latest scoop about our Triple Crown Event!

Check in at 6:00 p.m. Morgan Run

No host bar, chitchat, & pictures for our Mustang Facebook Page

Dinner between 7:30 – 8:00

Dancing to 60’s and early 70’s music from 9:00 – 10:00

Social hour 10:00 – 11:00

Resume music @ 11:00 till we throw a shoe or pull up lame!

Your committee had one thing in mind when it came to planning this reunion; make it affordable and fun for all. We encourage all of our classmates to come on out for at least one of our events. The gag gifts have been scratched this time.

Remember, none of us are fillies or colts any more, but we haven’t been put out to pasture yet either! All of us are at least 2 lbs. over, & handicapped in some way, it’s a fact of life! So don’t let anything get in the way of sharing a few hours with classmates/friends.
