Reunion Information 2nd Update July 2011

This is your first major update for those of you that are planning to attend our 40^th Class Reunion for the weekend of September 23^rd, 24^th, & 25^th.

First item of importance is money!! We have payment deadlines that we have to meet with Morgan Run for our Saturday night event. Morgan Run has a minimum of 100 guests that we are required to meet in the contract with them. The minimum cost to the class of 71 is $5000.00 which comes out to $50.00 per person. The contract requires that 50% of the payment be in Morgan Run’s hot hands by the 1^st of August. So we need you to send in your checks.

We have set up an account with Wells Fargo Bank.

The event cost is $55.00 per single person, $110.00 per couple

I will be depositing the checks into our account and then making payments to Morgan Run per the contract. We appreciate your promptness, as we need to make the deadlines.

The additional $5.00 that we have added on to the $50.00 per person is to cover the cost of San Dieguito Park @ $180.00, and to purchase condiments & charcoal for the barbeques.

Second item: Morgan Run has given us a great room rate for the weekend of the Reunion.

$139.00 for a king bed, and $159.00 for a double queen.

As a committee, we continue to work hard to provide all that will attend our 40^th Reunion, a memorable reunion!! We wouldn’t be doing this if we didn’t think that a fun time will be had by all.
